Jolicloud asks whenever an application wants to access the default keyring, so every time you log in you’ll see a message like this:
The Application 'NetworkManager Applet'(usr/bin/nm-applet) wants to access the default keyring, but it is locked. Please see the image for the exact message.
or this one:
The Application 'Jolicloud Daemon'(usr/bin/python2.6) wants to access the default keyring, but it is locked.
I know this is for security issues, but it’s kind of annoying. To avoid the above messages you can go to Accessories > Passwords and Encryption Keys > Passwords and set the password to blank. It will complain about security, but you don’t have to enter the password again.
By the way, it should also work on Ubuntu Netbook Remix…
